This class begins with a golden light meditation which helps ground our energy. It continues with a lecture on how time powers matter, energy and life. Time is an energy moving through matter allowing all things to move. We now see there is a power/energy that exists inbetween time, thus making it unmeasureable. Class ends with a core star expansion technique that protects us from negative energies.
