This class will start with 2 meditations- A Native American prayer and a Mayan Prayer. You will then learn a technique that will help you find your unique inner body rhythm. We will then talk about how we are affected by the vibrations around us and how to deflect other people’s negative vibrations. The class culminates with a technique called unwinding that releases toxic energies out of our energy fields.
